Cloudmaker and Guouogang are eroded remnants of Ordovician quartzite. Kurrajong trees are found in abundance where limestone outcrops occur, and in sheltered gullies rainforest species including red cedar and blue gum are found. The walk is up to 10km return, so 5km each way, you quickly lose any signs and it becomes more of a wander for as long as you want type affair. The Grand Canyon Loop The Grand Canyon Loop is a beautiful walk that quickly goes from rivers and rainforest, to dry, deep canyons within just over 5km.
